This course aims to introduce a range of dishes from both North and South America. It is for anyone interested in trying their hand at some American classics. Tuesday Evening session: 18:00 - 20:30
Students may wish to progress further on to other cookery classes within the College.
We will be looking at a range of dishes from both North and South America including Louisiana Jambalaya, Caribbean Jerk Chicken, Peanut Butter and Chocolate brownies and many more.
Practical demonstrations led by the tutor. One-to-one tuition within the group. Individual/group discussion/evaluations of the practical work achieved.
