A Level Physical Education

An A Level in Physical Education involves the theoretical and practical study of three main elements - Physiology, Sports Psychology and Social History of Sport. In Physiology, you will study the human body and its response to exercise. In Sports Psychology, you will study of how the human mind can effect sporting performance and Sport and Society develops an understanding of the interaction and the evolution of sport through history to the modern day. Through all three of these strands you will be applying your knowledge to sporting examples.
